LA Governor - Chair of Governors - Maths Standards - Chair of Finance
I am currently the Chair of the Governors. I have 2 children in the school and joined the Governing body to make a true difference to school. I am a company Director and have high ambitions for Toynton to become the school of choice by providing high quality teaching standards and opportunities for the children. I have a keen interest in making sure we enhance all the children’s learning be it in the classroom or outside in our unique setting at forest school.
Parent Governor - Vice Chair - Pupil Premium
I have recently joined the team of governors as my oldest child is currently attending Toynton. My background is in Children’s Services, specifically child protection. My motivation to join the team is to encourage the school to continue to develop into a positive direction, and to ensure there are equal opportunities for disadvantaged children.

Staff Governor – Pastoral - Healthy Eating - School Council - Sports Funding
I have been a Teaching Assistance at school since 2010 working both as a general T A and as a 1-1. I joined the Governing Body 3 years ago as a staff governor. My role within the Governors is Pastoral and sports where I have a keen interest in both areas. I am very proud to work at such a happy, friendly and flourishing school.
Parent Governor - Finance Committee
I have 3 children at school and have joined the governing body to help as a critical friend. I run my own business and have expertise in financial planning and management.
I have been a member of the governing body for many years, I enjoying seening the children and staff develop and flurish through the learning walks and different activities I am envolved in within the school.
Co-opted Governor – SEND - Literacy Standards
My husband and I have lived in Toynton All Saints since 2004, when we moved up from London. I have been teaching since 1991 and have worked in various secondary schools in both South London and Lincolnshire. For many years I worked in special education, initially as a teacher and later as a SENDCO. For the last decade or so I have been teaching mainly English at KS3 and KS4. My knowledge of special needs and the secondary curriculum are useful, particularly with KS2 and KS3 transition.
Since I live in the village, I am able to attend most of the events that are held out of school hours and have enjoyed seeing all the excellent initiatives that the school has introduced even in the short time I have been a Governor.
Associate Member - SENCO
I became a class teacher at Toynton All Saints Primary School in November 2007 and have since become the Special Education Needs and Disability Co-ordinator and Key Stage 2 Lead. Alongside my teaching and SEND experience, I have three primary–age daughters, so am able to offer both a school and parent perspective. I absolutely love working in such a nurturing, positive and happy school and I want to ensure that this ethos continues.
